Clear Creek Band – Florida Tour
Final Payment Deadline: Wednesday, February 3rd !!
Thank you for your patience as we have worked through the final details regarding trip costs. I believe this will be a terrific educational tour for everyone, and we have made every effort to keep costs at a minimum! Unfortunately, our final payment deadline is coming up, and we have no leeway with that deadline, due to having to pay in advance for many portions of the trip, particularly the airline tickets. Please be prompt (or early) in getting the final payment to us. The CCISD check MUST be at the travel agent on February 8th, and it takes several days to get a district check cut.
FINAL TRIP COST:
$1125.00
Most of you have paid $200 as a deposit (some more) per person. Please adjust your final payment accordingly. (The majority of you will pay $925.00)
We will, of course, be sending out final instructions as the trip approaches. Your costs cover the following:
Airport transfers (to and from Houston Intercontinental Airport)
Roundtrip Airfare
Truck rental for luggage and large instruments to and from League City and Orlando (no baggage fees!) – only carry on luggage for the flights will permitted unless you want to pay a baggage fee ($36.00).
4 nights lodging, Hawthorne Suites, Orlando
Bus service in Orlando
Festival Performance with adjudication
1 day Universal Studios ticket, 3 day Festival Disney ticket
Continental Breakfasts at hotel
3 Disney Meal Coupons, 1 universal meal coupon
Cirque de Soleil ticket
Those on the tour will include 98 students and 18 adults.
We will be unable to do any cancellation after January 20, 2010 without penalty.
